Beef-Spinach Supreme

INGREDIENTS

1-1/2 to 2 pounds ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 (4-ounce) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 (10-ounce) packages frozen spinach
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup sour cream
1-1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese

Combine first 6 ingredients in large skillet. Cook until meat is no longer pink, drain and return to skillet.

Place frozen blocks of spinach over meat mixture. Cover and steam over medium heat for 15 minutes or until spinach is thawed. Remove from heat and drain off excess liquid.

Add soup and sour cream, mix well. Spoon into a 2-quart casserole. Top with cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until edge is bubbly and turns slightly brown.
