Bean and Sausage Casserole

INGREDIENTS

1  (10-ounce) package frozen lima beans
1   (21-ounce) can baked beans
1 can kidney beans, drained
1   (15-½-ounce) can Great Northern beans, drained
1 small onion, chopped
1 pound smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
¾ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Rinse frozen lima beans with cold water to separate. Mix lima, baked, kidney and northern beans, onion and sausage in ungreased 2-½ quart casserole.

Mix remaining ingredients; stir into bean mixture.

Cover and bake 40 to 50 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Serves 8
