Finger Licking Cake

INGREDIENTS

1 box Yellow Cake Mix
¾ cup oil
1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
½ cup pecans, chopped
4 eggs
½ cup raisins
½ cup coconut

Combine cinnamon, pecans, raisins, and coconut. Set aside.

Combine cake mix and sugar; add oil and sour cream and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Pour half the batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle half of the pecan, raisin and coconut mixture over the batter. Pour in remaining batter and remaining pecan, raisin and coconut mixture. Swirl with a knife.

Bake at 300 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.

ICING

3 cups sifted powdered sugar
4 or 5 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons vanilla

Combine mixture, and pour over warm cake.
