FROM: Cajun Cuisine INGREDIENTS
1 head cabbage, shredded
4 carrots, peeled and grated
3 cups mayonnaise
2 cup red wine vinegar
Salt and black pepper, to tasteCombine cabbage and carrots in a large bowl; mix mayonnaise and vinegar together with a wire whip until well blended.
Add mayonnaise mixture to cabbage mixture and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Makes 12 servings
