Oriental Ham Tidbits

"Armour cooks dreamed this one up years ago and they are still getting requests for this recipe. It's a "nothing-to-it" easy and it is downright irresistible."

INGREDIENTS

1 cup plum or red currant jelly
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 pound Golden Star Ham by Armour, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 (8-ounce) can water chestnuts, drained, cut in half
1 green pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks

In a large skillet, combine jelly, lemon juice and cornstarch. Heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add ham, water chestnuts, and green pepper, stirring to coat pieces; heat through. Serve with wooden picks.

Makes 5 cups
