Marinated Steak

This recipe is on the label of Regina® Cooking Sherry, and has been for years. It is a truly inspired way to transform a tough chuck steak into as tender and flavorful a steak as you've ever eaten.

INGREDIENTS

1 (1-1/2-pound) flank, London broil, or chuck steak
1/2 cup each Regina® Cooking Sherry and Japanese Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 large clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Score steak in criss-cross pattern on both sides. Combine remaining ingredients in a shallow dish. Marinate steak, covered, for several hours or overnight. Turn occasionally.

Grill or broil until cooked as desired.
