This prize-winning ham from Hormel® is beautiful.

INGREDIENTS

1 Hormel® Cure/81 Ham
1 (16-ounce) jar apricot-pineapple preserves
1/2 cup brown sugar
Pecan halves and Maraschino cherries, for garnish

Combine apricot-pineapple preserves with brown sugar and heat in a saucepan, stirring well.

Spread mixture over ham for last 1/2 hour of baking. When ham is finished, garnish with alternating diagonal rows of pecan halves and cherry halves.
