Chippy Cheese Ball

This is an especially good cheese ball to make for your next party. Frito-Lay's test kitchen director says that it improves with chilling, so it's easy to make ahead and store in the refrigerator or freezer. If you place it in the freezer, be sure to defrost completely before serving.

INGREDIENTS

1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 pound Roquefort cheese, crumbled
1/2 pound cream cheese
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons grated onion
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1-1/4 cups crushed Lay's Brand Sour Cream and Onion Flavored Potato Chips

Have cheeses at room temperature. Blend well with mixer or pastry blender. Add Worcestershire sauce, onion, pepper, and 1/4 cup of the crushed Lay's Brand Sour Cream and Onion Flavored Chips. Shape into ball and roll in remaining chips until completely covered. Chill well.
