Cocoa-Beer Icing

A light chocolate icing with a very mild beer flavor.
INGREDIENTS
1/4 pound butter, softened
3-1/2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup beer, aboutCream butter with part of confectioners' sugar. Add cocoa, salt, and a little beer. Beat until smooth.
Add remaining sugar alternately with enough beer to make icing of spreading consistency, beating until fluffy.
Makes about 2 cups
