Broiled Marinated Chicken

Cook this chicken indoors in the broiler or outdoors over hot coals.
INGREDIENTS
1 broiler-fryer chicken (2 to 2-1/2 pounds), cut up
1 can or bottle (12 ounces) beer
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 garlic clove, slivered
1/2 teaspoon crushed rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepperPlace chicken in a shallow dish just large enough to hold pieces. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over chicken. Marinate in refrigerator at least 6 hours or overnight.
Grill or broil 6 to 8 inches from heat, basting often with marinade and turning, 30 to 40 minutes, or until tender.
