Beer Dressing For Cole Slaw

INGREDIENTS

1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup beer
2 tablespoons finely minced onion
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash Tabasco

Combine ingredients. Chill 1 hour or more to blend flavors. Makes enough for 1 medium head cabbage, shredded.
