A good use for leftover pork roast

INGREDIENTS

2 celery stalks, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sage
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup beer
4 cups pumpernickel bread cubes (5 slices)
2 cups cubed cooked pork (10-ounces)

Sauté celery and onion in butter until soft; stir in seasonings. Add beer.

Place bread and pork in a 1-1/2 quart casserole. Add beer-vegetable mixture. Stir lightly. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
