Beef Curry

INGREDIENTS 1 pound stew beef, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons curry powder
1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 quart (or more) orange juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 tablespoons oilBrown stew meat in oil. When meat is lightly browned, add curry and continue browning. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer about 1 hour, continuing to add juice, as needed. (A pressure cooker or crock pot can be used to hasten cooking.) Serve with rice and mixed vegetables or chutney.
