Any Way Meatballs

INGREDIENTS 1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon minced onions
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 whole egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 can cream soup - your choice of flavor - or tomato soup
1 cup water
1 tablespoon chopped parsleyMix ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Shape into 16 meatballs.
Brown meatballs in a skillet. Drain grease.
Mix soup, water, and parsley. Pour over browned meatballs in skillet. Simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
