Five-Ingredient Winter Stew

INGREDIENTS

1 pound round steak, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup water
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 (16-ounce) bag frozen stew vegetables
Instant Rice, cooked, optional

Place all ingredients, except rice, in a greased slow cooker. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 8 hours. Serve on hot cooked rice, if desired.
