Baby Back Ribs with Mustard Sauce

INGREDIENTS

10 pounds baby back pork ribs, separated
Salt, to taste
Cayenne pepper, to taste
Mustard Sauce

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Sprinkle salt and pepper on ribs, then place them in a large baking pan, and bake in the oven until tender, about 1 hour. Drizzle with the Mustard Sauce.

Makes 10 to 20 servings

MUSTARD SAUCE

1 cup Creole or other mustard
1/2 cup honey
1 cup dry white wine

In a small saucepan, mix all the ingredients together. Cook over medium heat until it comes to a boil, then remove from the heat and serve over meat.

Makes about 2-1/2 cups
