Caviar with Shallots and Spaghettini

The good blend of flavors will linger in your mouth for hours.

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup American caviar
1-1/2 tablespoons chives
4 shallots, chopped fine
Angel Hair pasta or Spaghettini, cooked and drained

In medium skillet, heat the oil with the shallots over moderate heat. As soon as the shallots sizzle, pour them with oil over individualy servings of pasta. Top each serving with a dollop of caviar and a sprinkling of chives.
