INGREDIENTS 6 to 8-ounce package frozen Alaska king crab (thawed) or 7-1/2 ounce can
14-ounce can water-pack artichoke hearts (8-1/2 ounces, drained)
1 cup mayonnaise
2/3 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheeseDrain crab and cut into small pieces. Drain artichoke hearts and chop fairly fine.
Stir crab, artichokes, mayonnaise and cheese. Cover tightly and chill at least several hours to allow crab flavor to permeate.
Makes 2-2/3 cups
