Easy and delicious with raw vegetables! INGREDIENTS
½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons grated onion
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon curry powderIn a small bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve with raw vegetables.
NOTE - May substitute plain yogurt for sour cream.
Makes 1 cup
