Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Livers

INGREDIENTS 1/2 to 3/4 pound chicken livers, cut into quarters
20 whole blanched almonds
10 slices bacon, cut in halfSAUCE
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sherry
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlicHeat the oven to 400 degrees.
Place 1 chicken liver and 1 almond on top of 1/2 slice bacon. Roll up; secure with wooden pick. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
In medium bowl stir together sauce ingredients. Add chicken livers; marinate 10 minutes.
Place chicken livers and sauce on a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until livers are fork tender.
