Appetizer Pie

INGREDIENTS 1 package nonfat cream cheese (8-ounces), softened
2 tablespoons skim milk
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 jar sliced, dried beef (2-1/2 ounces), rinsed, drained, and finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsleyHeat oven to 350 degrees.
In medium bowl, combine cream cheese and milk, beat until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients except parsley, mix well.
Spoon and spread mixture in an ungreased 9-inch pie pan or small shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until throughly heated. Sprinkle with parsley.
Serve immediately with crackers or cocktail bread.
