INGREDIENTS

4 cups flour
5 egg yolks
12 tablespoons butter or margarine
Milk

Cut together flour, egg yolks, and butter to form coarse crumbs. Add milk enough to moisten so dough can be rolled.

Roll dough thinly on floured surface. Cut into 1-inch squares or diamond shapes. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until browned. You will need to watch these closely as some will finish baking before others.

Place Islands in serving dish and cover with chunky chicken pieces and creamy broth.

Creamed Chicken may also be served over hot biscuits or waffles.
