INGREDIENTS 1 medium head cabbage, about 4 pounds
1 medium onion
1 cup sugarDRESSING
1 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon mustard
3/4 cup oilShred cabbage and onion; add sugar and let stand.
Combine all dressing ingredients and bring to a boil for 3 minutes. Let cool. Add to cabbage mixture. Then refrigerate overnight. This cole slaw will keep a long time.
