Bran Muffins

These are healthy - and the kids love them!

INGREDIENTS

1 cup bran
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup sunflower seeds, optional
1 cup raisins
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg, well beaten
1 cup milk
1/3 cup oil
2 tablespoons molasses
1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine all dry ingredients. In separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients.

Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients, mixing, only until moistened.

Fill muffin pan about 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Makes 12 muffins
