INGREDIENTS 1 pound cooked sliced beets 1-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 cup orange juice 1 tablespoon butter Thoroughly drain beets. In saucepan combine cornstarch, salt, and brown sugar. Gradually add orange juice. Add butter. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and clear. Add beets. Heat thoroughly. Makes 4 servings
